Notice of Voluntary Delisting

In accordance with SEC rules regarding the delisting of securities on any exchange, as required by Exchange Act Rule 12d2-2 (c) (3) the CHX provides the following information.

11/20/17 – The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. (“CHX”) received notice from IDEX Corporation ("IEX") requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on the CHX effective at the close of business Nov. 20, 2017. 08/10/17 – The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. (“CHX”) received notice from GlassBridge Enterprises, Inc. ("GLA") (f/k/a Imation Corp. ("IMN") to voluntary delist its common stock from registration and listing on the CHX which was effective at the close of business August 1, 2017. 7/20/17 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. ("CHX") has received notice from Weyerhaeuser Company ("WY") requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on the CHX effective at the close of business July 20, 2017. 5/18/16 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. ("CHX") has received notice from Fort Dearborn Income Securities, Inc. ("FDI") requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on the CHX effective at the close of business May 17, 2016, due to its conversion to UBS Total Return Bond Fund, an open ended fund. 11/27/15 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. ("CHX") has received notice from the Motorola Solutions, Inc. ("MSI") requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on the CHX effective at the close of business November 27 ,2015. 8/17/15 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. ("CHX") has received notice from the FMC Corporation ("FMC") requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on the CHX effective at the close of business August 17, 2015. 12/30/14 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. (“CHX”) has received notice from W. W. Grainger, Inc. (“GWW”) requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on CHX effective December 22, 2014. 12/30/14 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. (“CHX”) has received notice from Walgreen Co. (“WAG”) requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on CHX due to its acquisition of Alliance Boots, GmbH. The new company, Walgreen Boots Alliance, will trade on the CHX pursuant to unlisted trading privileges (“UTP”) under the new symbol WBA effective December 31, 2014. 8/11/2014 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. (“CHX”) has received notice from The Hillshire Brands Company (“HSH”) of a pending acquisition by Tyson Foods, Inc. As a result of the acquisition, HSH is expected to be suspended from trading on the CHX as of the close of business August 12, 2014 unless the Tender Offering is extended. 8/6/2014 - The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. (“CHX”) has received notice from Honeywell International, Inc. (“HON”) requesting the voluntary delisting of its common stock from registration and listing on CHX. Delisting procedures have commenced. Delisting Actions Taken by the Exchange

The Exchange has taken action to delist Principled Equity Markets Fund, Inc.
