Compensation of Exchange Employees

The Exchange employs approximately 125 people, who are charged with fulfilling the Exchange's regulatory responsibilities and operating the Exchange's marketplace. The Exchange believes that it has a fair and appropriate program for compensating its officers and staff. Although it is not the Exchange's practice to publicly disclose the compensation that each of its employees receives, the Exchange will provide information about the compensation of its chief executive officer in its annual report.
